About the role

The Organizational Change Lead for the S/4HANA project is responsible for executing change management strategies that enable a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA. This role acts as a bridge between project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring all impacted employees are supported throughout the transformation process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and localize change management activities ensuring successful OCM implementation and user adoption.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels, run change impact analysis workshops, and coordinate nomination and activities of Change Agents.
• Adapt training programs for local needs and oversee training delivery together with Change Agents.
• Develop and execute localized communication plans aligned with the business strategy.
• Monitor rollout progress, identify risks or resistance, and provide updates to BA and Cluster leadership.
• Actively participate in the OCM Community, contributing best practices, insights, and input to the overall OCM strategy.
• Serve as dedicated ambassadors for capability/product line, representing business needs.
• Execute OCM activities for capability/product line and cascade communications and training locally.
• Promote rollout benefits, facilitate workshops/Q&A sessions, and address adoption barriers.
• Gather feedback, escalate concerns, identify signs of resistance and adoption risks, and propose adjustments.
• Share best practices and insights within the OCM Community.
• Monitor and report on change management progress, adjusting strategies as needed to address challenges and maximize engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Proven experience in leading organizational change for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

Pay

Pay range: $75,000 to $90,000. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.

Schedule

This role is an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. The environment may include extensive walking and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Some travel is required due to the nature of the work. U.S. citizenship is required.
