OCM Lead

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic People & Organization / OCM Consulting Senior Manager to contribute to the growth of the People & Organization consulting Practice. This role will involve both client and internal practice contributions.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
• Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
• Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.
• Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
• Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
• Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
• You have 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships.
• You developed pricing estimates and presentations that drove business development efforts.
• You have 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management engagements.
• You have 2 or more years' experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
• You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
• You have the ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Skills

• You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.
• You have impressive communication skills.
• You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
• You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

Benefits

NTT DATA Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [130 - 135 $ W2 range]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.

Pay

The starting pay range for this remote role is [130 - 135 $ W2 range].
