Occupational Therapy Clinical Borough Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support daily OT program operations.
• Cookordinate complex or high-priority therapist placements.
• Troubleshoot staffing and service coverage issues across assigned schools.
• Serve as a liaison between NYCDOE personnel, school administrators, therapists, and internal staff.
• Aid with caseload assignments, schedule changes, and service adjustments.
• Provide guidance and support to staffing coordinators on complex cases.
• Aid with therapist onboarding, documentation, and administrative follow-up.
• Maintain monitoring of program needs and help ensure continuity of services.
• Participate in program planning, reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Required: NY State Occupational License & Registration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presence when interacting with schools and NYCDOE personnel.
