Occupational Therapists - Home Health

About the role

We’re a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O’ahu dedicated to home health, fall prevention, and empowering residents in the comfort of their homes. We’re currently hiring licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including fall risk evaluations (OT)
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and safety
• Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home safety
• Oversee client progress and ensure top-notch care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
• 1+ year of clinical or home health experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

• OT: $80 per visit or $120,000 annually for direct hires
• COTA: $60 per visit
