Occupational Therapist - Sign-On Bonus Available

Role: Occupational Therapist in Home Health, responsible for patient assessment, evaluation of functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, home assessments, and adaptive equipment needs. Responsibilities Provide services within state law scope, following the plan of care, evidence-based techniques, and team coordination.Evaluate patient functional status and medical needs, consulting with physicians for care planning.Monitor, document, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes.Conduct assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests. Qualifications & Skills Current Occupational Therapy license in practice state.CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments and with clients of all backgrounds.Preferred: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, strong communication, organization, and writing skills.
