• Monitor patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report changes to healthcare team members.
• Conduct assessments to determine functional abilities and collaborate with physicians on care plans.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings regardless of client background.
