About the role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, and occupational therapy needs based on medical conditions. Provide therapy within legal scope, following the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Monitor and document patient responses to treatment, report changes to supervisors and physicians, and conduct functional assessments.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of background

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $34.23 to $61.15, based on experience and qualifications.
