About the Role

Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private homes and senior living communities, focusing on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized care plans.
• Deliver therapy services in home and community settings.

Requirements

• Valid OT license.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and telehealth.
• CPR certification.

Physical Demands
