Occupational Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments to evaluate functional status, activities of daily living, and occupational therapy needs in accordance with state laws and plan of care.
• Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians, using evidence-based techniques.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team.
• Conduct home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification, valid driver's license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments, demonstrating strong communication, organization, and independent working skills.
