Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, and occupational therapy needs in accordance with medical conditions and state laws.
• Develop and modify treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapy, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Conduct home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment when necessary.

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of client background.
