About the role

The Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) supports clients in enhancing their daily living skills, motor functions, and cognitive abilities. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Assist clients with daily tasks, motor skills, and cognitive functions.
• Collaborate with team members and families to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Minnesota licensure as an Occupational Therapist and NBCOT registration.
• CPR/First Aid certification through the American Red Cross.
• Preferred experience working with geriatric populations.
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and treatment planning skills.

Schedule

The position requires working at least one weekend shift per month, with additional weekday availability preferred. Shift differentials may apply.
