Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities

• Follow and adjust occupational treatment plans focused on activities of daily living.
• Assess, establish, and modify measurable, functional goals.
• Supervise and evaluate therapy provided by OTAs and support staff.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and charts.
• Provide excellent patient care with a positive attitude and maintain professionalism.
• Participate in emergency procedures and community health activities.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety protocols, and company conduct standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure and registration in applicable state; NBCOT certification preferred but renewal is optional.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BSOT or MSOT).
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation; must remain current.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate good body mechanics, and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
