Occupational Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at restoring or improving patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Select and adapt appropriate therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to establish and review goals
• Provide education to patients, caregivers, and community groups
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to ethical practices and patient confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in professional development and mandatory training
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Prioritize compassionate patient care, safety, and organizational policy compliance

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
