Occupational Therapist PRN Inpatient Rehab

Role: An occupational therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Implement and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with patients and families.Conduct patient assessments, establish and evaluate care goals, and develop discharge plans.Provide patient and family education, follow-up care, and referrals to community resources.Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain ethical, confidential, and professional practices.Coordinate workload, utilize equipment safely, and participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.Deliver excellent customer service by fostering teamwork, applying service principles, and supporting a positive environment. Qualifications & Skills: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and BLS certification.Effective communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
