Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Manteno and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, including supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as an interdisciplinary team member.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
