- Monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate with physicians and nurses regarding patient condition and treatment outcomes.
- Conduct home assessments and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrates cultural competence and adaptability to diverse home settings.
