Job Summary

Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

What You Will Do
- Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and the care team
- Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure thorough, timely documentation reflecting quality outcomes
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners
- Lead by example
