Occupational Therapist - PRN

About the Role

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary, CARF-accredited outpatient neuro rehabilitation team. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional functions. Prior outpatient neuro experience is preferred, with optional hand therapy expertise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer therapy to improve functional outcomes
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Ensure treatments adhere to AOTA standards and state regulations

Requirements

• Current Maryland Occupational Therapy License
• American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to train with experienced staff
