Occupational Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation services in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' daily living skills and functional abilities.
• Develop measurable, goal-oriented therapeutic programs.
• Administer diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to create and update individualized care plans.
• Deliver therapeutic treatments to improve strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff on safe and effective rehabilitation techniques.
• Supervise and evaluate occupational therapy assistants and aides.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and treatment plans accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes at least six months in occupational therapy and home health settings.
