Occupational Therapist - PRN

About the role

We are urgently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Rehab Team at Brethren Retirement Community in Greenville, OH. This position provides coverage during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner to the community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
