Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the Role

Provides occupational or physical therapy services to adult patients, including evaluation, treatment, education, and consultation to maximize patient abilities. Works collaboratively within a care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes under management guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and manage discharge planning for a full caseload.
• Handle documentation, billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Communicate professionally, supervise support staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethics, and scope of practice.
• May serve as a clinical instructor, participate in committees, and pursue credentialing or certifications to enhance patient care.
• For outpatient pelvic floor therapy, complete specialized certification or training as approved.

Requirements

• Hold current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate professionalism, communication skills, and teamwork.
• For pelvic floor therapy, advanced training via Herman & Wallace Level I or approved equivalent is required.

Schedule

Typical schedule: weekdays between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, with no weekends or holidays. No call obligations; possible remote or hybrid work options.

Pay

Compensation range: $72,716.80 - $109,075.20.
