About the Role
This role provides comprehensive therapy services to adult patients, including evaluation, assessment, treatment, education, and consultation to maximize their functional abilities. The therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes, working closely with leadership and referring physicians.
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and manage discharge planning for a full caseload.
- Handle administrative duties such as documentation, billing, and scheduling management.
- Communicate professionally, supervise support staff, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Comply with organizational policies, professional ethics, and scope of practice.
- Possibly serve as a clinical instructor or participate in committees, and complete relevant certifications.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist.
- Additional certification in outpatient pelvic floor therapy (e.g., Herman & Wallace Level I or equivalent).
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational or Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Schedule
Day shift (7:00 am - 7:00 pm), no weekend, holiday, or call responsibilities. Possible remote/hybrid options.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $72,716.80 to $109,075.20.
