Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist - Full Time

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to adult patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, education, and discharge planning. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.Managing administrative tasks such as documentation, billing, and scheduling.Communicating professionally with patients, support staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborating with leadership and referring physicians to coordinate care.Adhering to organizational policies, ethical standards, and scope of practice.Possibly serving as a clinical instructor or participating in departmental committees. Specialized outpatient pelvic floor therapy requires completion of Herman & Wallace Level I certification or equivalent training. Qualifications Include Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist.Proven ability to work effectively within a care team and demonstrate professionalism and supervision skills. Additional Details FTE: 1Flexible weekday schedule between 7:00am - 7:00pm with no weekend, holiday, or call obligations.Possible remote/hybrid work options.Compensation ranges from $72,716.80 to $109,075.20, with comprehensive benefits supporting professional development, work-life balance, and wellness.
