Occupational Therapist Part Time

About the Role

The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are building a team dedicated to excellence, outcomes, and execution. This is a part-time position for team-oriented Occupational Therapists who are committed to patient outcomes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, provide treatment, conduct re-evaluations, and manage discharges with appropriate communications to patients and customers.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain a positive level of interaction with patients, peers, and families.
• Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
• National and state licensure required to start.

Pay

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
