What You'll Do

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance strength, mobility, and function
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
  • Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques
  • Create meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current, active Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with the geriatric population
  • Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred, But Not Required
