Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Therapy Center

About the role

Provide comprehensive physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and patients

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in an outpatient therapy setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Passing score on the national certification exam
