Mobile Occupational Therapist providing outpatient services in patients' homes and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver goal-oriented interventions to enhance function, safety, and independence
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Communicate with physicians and caregivers
- Document outcomes using EHR systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently in diverse settings
- Knowledge of home health care and community-based therapy is preferred
