Occupational Therapist - Outpatient

Seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist with hand treatment experience for a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. Responsibilities Include Evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments affecting work or leisure activities.Developing individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals.Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on competency levels.Providing assessments, consultations, and treatments following clinical guidelines and policies.Supporting staff development, care processes, and innovative projects. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.2-5 years of experience.Board Certification and licensure in relevant area.Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
