Occupational Therapist - Outpatient
About the Role
As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role offers the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced-based practice for our patients.
You’ll experience working with a diverse patient population in neuro, trauma, ortho, and hand therapy, and have access to mentorship and fully covered, in-house continuing education courses.

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcomes.
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
- State licensure in occupational therapy.
- Registered with NBCOT.
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay
- Base Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience and market factors).
- Monthly incentive bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds.
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 available in select locations.
