About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our dynamic team providing home health services in Pueblo, CO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of patients and will be able to work in both home and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to medically fragile patients in their homes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress towards goals
- Document services provided accurately and timely
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice
- Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance
- Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
Qualifications
- Meet the qualifications as established by AOTA or other professional organization
- Willingness to work in home and clinic-based settings (state specific)

- $60 - $85 per visit based on experience
