About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to work full-time in a Skilled Nursing Facility, helping individuals regain independence and achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
• Assess, observe, and document therapy progress with detailed reports
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current New York State OT License
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
