Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating residents and developing personalized OT treatment plans
• Selecting activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
• Assessing, observing, and documenting therapy progress through detailed reports
• Maintaining confidentiality and fostering a cooperative healthcare team environment

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current New York State OT license or actively pursuing licensure
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
