About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating residents and developing personalized OT treatment plans.
- Selecting activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks.
- Observing, assessing, and documenting residents' progress through detailed reports.
- Maintaining confidentiality and fostering a collaborative relationship within the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current New York State OT License or actively working toward licensure.
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
