This position is for PRN Occupational Therapists (OT) at the following locations: Riverside Oaks‑Victoria, Palma Real‑Mathis.

Pay

Competitive pay for full‑time positions starting at $43 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures.
• Review patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions, and contraindications.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to move patients toward maximum independence and function.
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and related activities in accordance with state practice act.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings and treatment programs to patients, families, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate professionally and positively to patients, families, and staff.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
