About the role

New Inpatient Rehab Hospital opening this winter. PAM Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the team and care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. PAM Health provides care for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care, operates over 80 hospital locations, and employs over 11,000 staff nationwide, delivering compassionate care to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs in an age‑appropriate manner for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health System
• Participate in the further development of occupational therapy services
• Remain flexible to meet the needs of the system across various facilities

Requirements

• Current occupational therapy license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located
• Current BLS certification
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
