About the role

Occupational Therapist responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered occupational therapy services across diverse age groups from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Provides direct therapy using various strategies and functional settings to promote health and achieve treatment goals.
• Coordinates care within interdisciplinary teams, including communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Prepares documentation such as evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with professional standards.
• Participates in program development, clinical education, and professional growth activities.
• Upholds organizational values of compassion, hospitality, and stewardship; adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
• Engages in continuous professional development and supports departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practicing state.
• Ability to work effectively, communicate clearly, and demonstrate visual acuity required for the role.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Commitment to compassionate care, confidentiality, safety standards, and team collaboration.
