About the role

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing pediatric team in Jacksonville, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medically complex diagnoses
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily activities, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional development
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families
  • Provide education to families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using AI-powered documentation technology designed to reduce administrative burden
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while helping children achieve meaningful functional outcomes

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current Florida Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional pediatric patient care
