Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy services for children with various needs. This role is perfect for those passionate about helping children achieve independence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Qualifications

• 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred
• Home health experience preferred

Pay

$57,200 - $114,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload.
