Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the role

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our mission-driven team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. Our goal is to provide in-home therapy services that help children develop independence, improve daily functioning, and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Pay

$57,200 - $114,000 annually
