Occupational Therapist (OT) - Outpatient Rehab - Pediatrics (Full-Time)

Role: Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognitive functions, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Services are delivered across the continuum, emphasizing quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Implement and adjust treatment plans, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals.Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and community resource referrals.Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans.Document evaluations, plans, and treatment sessions per departmental standards.Maintain ethical practices, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication.Participate in staff meetings, training, and process improvement activities.Ensure safe, efficient use of materials and infection prevention protocols. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.Current OT license and BLS certification.Effective communication skills, customer-focused, team-oriented, with basic computer skills.
