Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient pediatric therapy and rehabilitation services. The role involves evaluating patients' functional needs, developing individualized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and techniques, and reassessing progress to optimize outcomes. You will document evaluations, goals, and plans while utilizing resources efficiently and safely. Your focus is on empowering patients to participate more fully in daily tasks affected by health conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and set appropriate goals
• Reevaluate and adjust care plans as needed
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans
• Perform duties in a prompt, competent, and caring manner

Qualifications & Skills

• Active state license as an occupational therapist
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months of OT experience within the last 5 years
