Full-time and part-time roles include sign-on bonuses, with $7,500 for less than 1 year of experience and $10,000 for more than 1 year, along with a relocation bonus for those moving over 50 miles. Qualifications Include Licensed Occupational Therapist (IDFPR)Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational TherapyBasic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days (AHA) Key Responsibilities Perform patient transfers safely, using body mechanics to prevent injuryDevelop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient response and evidenceEducate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams using effective methodsEvaluate clinical findings to determine diagnoses and outcomesConduct examinations, screenings, and objective testing (range of motion, strength, functional tasks)Document evaluations, treatment plans, patient responses, and progress in EMRSupervise and provide feedback to support personnel, ensuring quality careCommunicate regularly with referring providers about patient progress and treatment recommendationsPerform therapeutic ultrasound and fluidotherapy treatments as appropriate Ideal candidates demonstrate strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a patient-centered approach to therapy, contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
