Occupational Therapist (OT) - Mobile Outpatient

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients across domains such as mobility, strength, balance, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Design and modify individualized treatment plans, including the use of adaptive devices and orthotics.
• Educate patients and caregivers, promote safety, and ensure high-quality compassionate care.
• Order supplies, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and community agencies for comprehensive patient support.
• Perform routine reexaminations and documentation to monitor progress and adjust treatments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered state occupational therapy license.
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license.
