Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and document patient progress.
• Supervise support staff and assistive personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and refer patients as necessary.
• Order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.
• Design and train patients in the use of adaptive devices and assistive technology.
• Evaluate and modify treatment approaches based on patient progress and needs.
• Promote high-quality, compassionate patient care and foster community reintegration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• A valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
