Highland Oaks Health Center is expanding its newly opened Therapy department and seeks caring, compassionate professionals to join our team.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Your expertise will help patients develop, recover, and improve essential skills for daily living and work—such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal care. You will also educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to promote independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
