About the role

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist and provide top rehabilitation care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient settings. Collaborate with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery and return to daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services based on assessments, treatment plans, and patient needs.
• Maintain current licensure and certification in accordance with state guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility as per state requirements.
• Valid occupational therapy license for the state of practice.
