About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation team in Traverse City, MI.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations
- Develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and safety
- Provide interventions for daily living activities, upper extremity function, cognition, balance, and adaptive equipment
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in care planning to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Current Michigan OT license or eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
