Occupational Therapist (OT) FFT, PT and PRN
HOMEPLACE MANOR HEALTHCARE CENTER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these needs.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
- Create and implement therapy programs tailored to patient needs.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Occupational Therapist Assistant license.
