Occupational Therapist / OT - PRN

About the role

Meadow View Nursing Center is a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility located in Berlin, Pennsylvania. The position is PRN (Per Request Not Required), meaning you can work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and enhance mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
