About the role
Join a passionate rehab team at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. This is a PRN (Per Diem) opportunity for an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate resident needs and progress regularly to adjust treatments as necessary.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in South Carolina.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in using rehabilitation equipment and techniques.
- Knowledge of community resources and services available to residents.
